Cast Stainless Steel is crafted via a refined process: stainless steel raw materials are melted into molten metal in a furnace and injected into an atomization device with core atomizing nozzles. High-pressure, high-velocity atomizing medium impacts the molten metal, dispersing it into fine droplets that rapidly solidify into spherical particles during descent. Subsequent processes like oxide removal and particle size classification yield the final product. Typical applications include: Widely used in shot blasting and sandblasting surface treatment of aluminum die castings, aluminum profiles, stainless steel castings, cast products, hardware tools and metal products; as well as strengthening processes in automotive, motorcycle, shipbuilding, aerospace, steel plates, steel cylinders, steel structures, metallurgical machinery and other fields.

This product is a high-grade metallic abrasive manufactured through the melting, atomization, and cooling process . The raw SUS304 stainless steel is molten and then dispersed by high-pressure gas or liquid, forming fine spherical droplets that solidify into uniformly round shots . It is primarily used for surface treatment processes such as shot peening, blast cleaning, and descaling.
